I have always wanted to drink Hakurakusei. I was only able to drink Atago's Matsuri, so I'm looking forward to it 😆.
Iyan! It's my favorite type!
It has a little bit of umami on the palate, and after a gentle acidity, it quickly goes downhill. I can agree with the statement that it aims to be the ultimate food sake👍.
I paired it with yakiniku (grilled meat), and although the sake itself is not so assertive, it doesn't lose the flavor, or rather, it doesn't get in the way of it!
I wish there was a distributor nearby so I could make it a staple in my house, but the store is too far away 😂.
