This is the first sake I've ever had at Saku!
Gentle sweetness
Slightly acidic, a bit sour, a bit shwashy? A little sour, a little shwashy?
I'm a bit skeptical since I've been drinking it for quite a while, but I'm sure it's delicious 😋.
There were four different kinds, but I didn't drink the other ones because I've had them before, but since I went through the trouble, it would have been nice to compare them with the other ones.
