御前酒菩提酛にごり酒 雄町純米うすにごり

I found it at a liquor store near my parents' house, bought it and had it cold.
It has been a long time since I have had nigori sake. It is made with Bodai yeast, which is the oldest yeast in Japan, and I thought it would have a strong sour taste, but it was more fruity, sweet, and refreshing than I expected. The grilled gizzard with leeks and salt was the perfect accompaniment to the nigori sake, and I gobbled it up. I left half of it and plan to enjoy the supernatant and lees part separately next week.

Hi Maddy 😃.
It looks like a doughy type, but it's actually sweet and full 😙The nettles in the background look good too 😋.

Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments. It was very tasty, sweet and easy to drink! In the background is the Iwatani Aburi-ya 2, which allows you to grill your knob with a gas can. The seafood grill and sake go very well together. I recommend it!
