When I took my wife to a bakery in Itoshima on a trip to Kyushu, I looked in the liquor store next door and found that it sold a variety of Shigemasu, but I was drawn to Gin-no-sato, which is made from sake brewing rice developed by Fukuoka Prefecture, and bought it. 100% Gin-no-sato produced in Yame Polishing ratio 50%. It has a fruity aroma, and in the mouth it has a freshness, a delicious rice flavor and softness, with an inconspicuous but latent sweetness that finishes with a spiciness. It is not the sweet and sour type that I like, but this sake is delicious 😄.

Good morning, soumacho 😃. I remember that I also stopped by Itoshima on my trip to Kyushu 😌 Shige Masu-san is the type of place I like to drink 😅 due to a misunderstanding 😋 Traveling is really good!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃! I got some sake this time in Itoshima too 😙. I didn't think it was going to be a war of birthplace 💦 at that time. I liked your review of the misunderstanding 😁.
