Clear, but fruity!
Since we have been having a lot of orizus since the Merry Crescent, I thought it would be nice to change things up with a beautiful sake 👅.
At the end of the year, Shinmasa was my number one sake, but since the beginning of the year, Koei Kiku has quickly taken over the top spot!
Watch out for another fierce battle this year!
