The day before yesterday's meeting at Sakelabo Tokyo.
I almost didn't take pictures, but there were some images of Kiyozumi (清泉) left.
Also, lemon sour 🍋 at the after party.
It was my first time at Sakelabo Tokyo, but I wanted to go there.

The food to go with it was delicate and delicious, and the sake lineup was insightful.
Kusumi Sake Brewery in Seisen is the model for the comic book "Natsuko's Sake" as you know. The original story of "Natsuko's Sake" is still a classic for sake fans to read, and the TV drama version starring Eimi Wakui was also a beautiful work about both Wakui and the scenery of Niigata.
This Seisen no Yuki is a regular sake, which is clean and refreshing and has the goodness that is typical of Niigata sake, but as the name suggests, it stands out for its purity.

When I ordered Seisen, Chichi-san reacted, "It's the one with the three-line label, isn't it? I was surprised to see the label design again,
I have now realized that the label design has three lines, and that there are three horizontal lines in the kanji characters for "Seisen" and "Izumi".
