When I went to buy a popular Nagano sake, I was curious about this one, too, so I bought them together.
Mikotsuru Yamae Nishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
It's been a while since I've seen this Mikotsuru, but I loved the taste of this one!
I found out that it won the IWC2021 Champion Sake, and it has a refreshing sweetness with a dense apple flavor, a mild mouthfeel, and a crisp acidity that is superb!
This is one of the top sakes I have had this year!
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 15%.
