The Hayakawa Sake Brewery in Mie Prefecture is a small brewery with a limited production capacity.
I never thought I'd be able to drink it in faraway Iwate... ✨.
I bought it at Sakamoto Shoten 😊(they started selling it recently)
It tastes so clean and clear!
It has a slight sourness and a bitterness in the second half that makes it easy to drink.
It was very delicious.
