I set a personal goal of enjoying this wine... but I'm posting it now after just opening it... 🤣.
I don't feel it's that fresh... maybe because the Tenbi was fresh? LOL!
I think it's a type of taste that can be enjoyed alone or during a meal 🤔.
Fresh! but I'm looking forward to the hot sake to change the taste from here ✨
