We are having a lunchtime drink at Hiyamugiya today: ❗️ Kanji label of Takachiyo sake brewery First time to use a winding machine Flat polished rice from Niigata Prefecture, 14% alc. The top-tasting aroma is fruity, with a hint of rummy banana. The mouthfeel is a bit dry. It has a sourness that is typical of nama-shu, but it is fruity and easy to drink. but it is easy to drink because of its fruity taste. Serve with simmered deep-fried tofu and motsu tempura. The lovely Chirori was empty in no time! It became empty in no time 🤣.

Good evening, ymdaz🙂. I sometimes drink Makiki because there is a mountain called Makiki in the 100 famous mountains! Banana Ramune looks delicious 🙂 I would like to try it!

Good evening, Shieri 😃. Makiki, the liquor store didn't know how to read it, but the mountain people have it all figured out 😉. I drank it for the first time and it was so easy to drink, it was gone really quickly!
