I chose this as my closing dish. It should be, but the taste is appetizing.
It goes well with the sweet and thick sauce. Personally, I prefer sauce to salt, and sweetness to spiciness.
The umami is standard, and the more seasoned one drinks it, the more easily it goes down.
For those who prefer daiginjos, I felt it was too deep and would not suit them.
