Hard to find green can 🟢.
New rice wine, same alcohol 19 degrees as the regular version 🙂.
Sweet rice and koji aroma.
More floral than the regular version on the palate, with banana-like fruitiness. A bit cemedine.
The alcohol is about the same, but the body is both firm and a bit lighter here.
The regular version is a real wild taste, and I don't think there is any other sake that goes so well with BBQ 🥩.
On the other hand, this one is less wild and goes well with meat, seafood, etc. 🐟.
Just not with sashimi and such 🤔...
Yes, I would like to take out some beach yaki and drink it by the beach at Ameya Yokocho in Teradomari 💡.

I went to Teradomari last summer for the first time in a long time and had the Hamayaki, and it would be irresistible to drink it by the beach.
