I took the liberty of taking it to my younger grandson's 1st birthday party and drank it without permission.
It was sent to me by a business partner in Sendai, following last year. Thank you again this year. 🙇♂️
It is a well-balanced and elegant sake.
Surprisingly, it does not feel summery.
It has a moderate sweetness and umami of rice. There is a subtle scent of ginjo in the space between the sweetness and rice flavor.
It is elegant and has a sense of luxury.
Not so much in the characteristics. But it was delicious 😁.

However, they are a bit expensive, so I hesitate.
