Perhaps because it is a perforated stopper, the opening is gentle. The aroma of the supernatant is apple 🍎. When you drink it, you can taste the fruity apple flavor, the delicious rice flavor, and a little bitterness at the end. I have a feeling I will like this one. When I mix it (it's hardened and doesn't mix at all), the aroma is apple, but <rice. When I include it, the rice flavor is more intense than fruity. The bitterness increases a little. When eaten with fried food, the bitterness disappears and the rice becomes sweet and tasty, which is also delicious. It is very mild from start to finish, and you can't help but enjoy it. It doesn't feel like it has 16 degrees in a good way. When heated, it smells like freshly cooked rice. When you drink it, it is also sweet, but it tastes different from amazake, as if the rice is sweet when you bite into it. The end is refreshing. It's more like after swallowing the rice, rather than a sharp cut. There is a hint of bitterness that doesn't go all the way to the flavor. It is delicious even if it is heated. The last part of the rice is pure white with kona kona ❄️ shuwa rice delicious dry, with an apple and bitterness at the end. This last part is also delicious. Rice! I enjoyed it with a sense of the season. I'm also interested in Kame no O which I saw recently.
