The fourth bottle was Izuminishiki, served lukewarm.
Izuminishiki is a locally distributed sake by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo, the owner of Nabeshima.
I had never seen it in Osaka, so I️ wanted to drink it at Nabeshima's place and had it lukewarm.
I️ was so excited to try it warmed up. The sweetness, umami, and aroma are gentle and mild, and it's extremely delicious 😋.

I didn't know Nabesama had such a sister brand 😅
I guess I'll have to go to Kashima to get it...
