January 27 "Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki" (2) ■Koyama Honke Sake Brewery, Nada Hamafukutsuru Storehouse / "Hamafukutsuru" and "Kukura", Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture Since I had never had a pure sake of Junmai Daiginjo from Kukura, I decided to drink it as soon as possible. They also brought a bottle of "Hamafukutsuru Namaishige Junmai Dry Taste". Kukura Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Limited Edition Shinshu Shiboritate Fresh, thick, juicy, and elegantly sweet. Immediately there is a slight bitterness, which is delicious 😋. Kukagura Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Full-bodied flavor, but in my opinion, I prefer the raw sake, which is more impressive. I went there around 2:00 p.m. to have a Junmai Daiginjo as well, but they had already sold out of the newest pure sake. Again, the governor of the prefecture was there, and he was visiting the booth, and we were right under his nose, but I decided not to get involved 🤣.

Hi Pon-chan, ☀Hello ☀Hyogo is now #1 on my sake map because of all the events in Nada Gogo lately ✨Kuzo is one of my recommendations 😋He and the governor of Hyogo Prefecture are the same age, maybe we are linked by a red string of fate 😁.
