At my usual restaurant.
When I go to a restaurant, I am often guided to a seat in front of the refrigerator.
When I looked, to my surprise, there was Jikin-sama 😳.
However, it is not listed on the local sake menu.
I gave up on the idea that it might be a special offer for regular customers and decided to order something from the other menu, but I was surprised to find Jikin-sama under the food menu.
I was surprised to see Jikin-sama listed under the food menu.
First, a sip.
The aroma was refreshing like green apple.
When I drank it, I found the juiciness of green apple and
I felt the bitterness of alcohol that didn't end there.
I had the impression that the Jikkensama I have had so far is soft and easy to drink, yet still has a strong flavor.
I was surprised to find a flavor with such a certain impact.
However, when I drank it after having tachipon and kampachi sashimi, I felt the bitterness quickly recede along with the fat of the sashimi, and I felt the depth of nostalgia for its high potential as a food sake.
I could also feel a new aspect of Jikin-sama. ❤️

Good evening, Mr. Rurun!
I'm curious about Jikin-sama's Mie Yamadanishiki sake since I haven't had it yet 🤤.
It's so exciting to see it under the menu when I was about to give up 😁.
Sake has so many facets, it's hard to stop 😋.

Good evening, ma-ki-Sama!
I see that you have not yet had Jikin's Mie Yamadanishiki Nama!
I am also a Jikin 🔰 and it showed me a different face from what I have had before: ☺️
I didn't think I could drink it, so I was happy: ❤️
