I was in Tsukuba for work.
I had tsukemen at KATSURYU 😆👍.
The soup had a lot of meat in it, so it was very filling.
It's the new sake season, so I bought a bottle of Akabu NewBorn after a long time ⚔️
The aroma is a young and austere melon 🍈.
Nice fruity sweetness and light umami from the light shwash. It is fresh with a hint of gas. However, there is a strong astringency!
A little too astringent 😅I personally think it's too much 😅.
It's a good fruity and red wine, but the astringency is too much for me personally 😅.
When the temperature was raised, the astringency became a little lighter and easier to drink, and I started to feel the muscat flavor 😅.
On the second day, the whole thing comes together and is delicious 😋.
I guess it means that the roughness of the new sake was strong 😇.
