At the Hachinohe Sake Brewery
We were served freshly labeled sake.
The slightly sweet aroma is said to be a characteristic of the sake rice, Hanasou.
It is truly fresh, with a pleasantly mild, white grape-like mouthfeel and a slight acidity.
It finishes lightly with a hint of acidity.
It is a sake for spring!

Hello Mr. Furamaibo😊.
I like Hakutsuru and Sakuta.
I live in Tokyo and can't easily buy them, so I envy you.

Thank you, Matsuchiyo-san.
I don't see it very often at liquor stores here in Sendai.
I had a chance to visit Hachinohe and visited a sake brewery.
