HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑦
Shugetsu is a sake that I ordered and drank in the past.
Recently, a special distributor has been set up and they have started coming to Kobe Hankyu for tasting and sales, so it has become easier to buy than before.
I tasted the following
Special Junmai Hiyoroshi
Tsuki no Himuro Nama-zake
Cold Enclosure Junmai Namaisake
The hiyaoroshi was easy to drink without any sense of aging. I don't mean to be rude, but I was surprised at how easy it was to drink.
The brewer asked me if I would like to try the Junmai Nama. I was surprised at how delicious it was! I was surprised at how delicious it was! The acidity was impressive.
I think it might be my favorite sake from Shudzuki. Sorry I didn't buy it.
When I said it was delicious, the brewer was like "right?
I only recommend Hyogo sake 🤣.
I almost never see Rakurakutsuru even in Hyogo 🤣.
