The aroma is very typical of ordinary sake, with some new woody flavors ✧*٩(ω・)و✧*.
It is a relief to smell the strong alcoholic normal sake aroma that leaks from the izakaya!
This one has less alcohol in it.
It's the type that has a soft mouthfeel and a rich taste.
However, there is a quality that you want in a pack or cup!
Even chilled, the flavor is quite clear and creamy.
If you warm it up, the flavor is strong, but it is also dusty and light.
The aftertaste slowly recedes with a light sweetness.
Oh, it's great!
This is the property that surprised me the most when I first went to an event called the Nagano Sake Messe!
At that time, it was Daiginjo class -> Seriously bad!
Ginjo class -> Yikes!
Junmai-shu and honjozo-shu→Amazing!
Ordinary sake -> Ordinary
I thought it was about the same, but now it's turned upside down!
But now it's all changed to "seriously bad"!
That's why it's my memorable sake!
