Ambois limited edition Kasumi-shu.
This is a rice brewed using Tsuyahime as the premium rice. A little bit of Mukai Tenjohaku Sai Kaori was added, and water was added to the very limit of its capacity.
It has an unexpectedly strong fizzy sensation. I was surprised at this sensation with Tenshusei.
The strong acidity spreads and ends leaving a bitter taste. The taste is monotonous.
