Obtained through barter (LIBROM provided from here). AGEO's Snow was my No. 1 nigori last year.
Ah, pineapple, papaya, mango, ... the tropical fruit aroma goes from my mouth to my nose and through my brain. The tropical flavor is still present this year. The gasiness is relatively weak.
This year, it has a strong rice flavor and is quite sweet. After the sweetness, there is a little sourness. It may be similar to pineapple candy.
The sweetness is not too strong, and the taste is smooth and clean with a weak bitterness at the end.
I prefer last year's version, but this year's is good enough, too. It may become a synonym for tropical nigori.
