This is a series of KID's Challenge Sake, and this one seems to have been prepared with a low alcohol content and designed to be drunk smoothly.
Although fire-brewed, it had a slightly fizzy and energetic feeling when opened, but when we drank it, we found it was easy to drink, with little acidity and bitterness. Although there is some sweetness.
The aftertaste is quite refreshing. It is faintly melon-like.
KID has a lot of interesting challenge series like this, but this kind of sake makes me want to drink their regular lineup again.
