I was fascinated by the taste of Kurotsuiko and even more fascinated by Shirotsuiko😊.
Kurotsuji was type-c (ethyl caproate) while Shirotsuji is isoamyl acetate 😊.
Melon-like sourness and sweetness is the most impressive 😊They are so mellow that I wonder if they add brewing alcohol to this particular instrument 😊. It's so mellow😊.
I'm going to run out of it soon! I think I'm going to run out of a bottle soon😱No way 😊.
