I had a bottle of this limited-edition sake two years ago, and it was a sake limited to sake shops.
The banana-like aroma upon opening the bottle was as good as ever. It was fresh and fruity, like a combination of banana and citrus. It has a sweetness that makes it very easy to drink. The 14% alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
I think the good aroma and taste is due to the very good use of brewer's alcohol. It was a good sake as always.
