We opened the bottle of Toyoga Autumn Age, which we bought at a liquor store in Chikuma last month ^ ^.
According to the website of Tenshuji, hiyaoroshi is "a sake that expresses and anticipates the past, present, and future at the same time, and should be a sake that makes you feel the workings of time".
The sense of maturity softens considerably after opening the bottle and disappears by the second day.
The only word I can say to describe it is that it was delicious 😊.
