firm and sweet
The aroma is subdued. In the mouth, there is a mellow attack derived from nigori, and a white peach-like sweetness fills the mouth along with a sense of freshness. In the latter half, the sweetness is accompanied by a gradual sharpness.
In this hot season, I got the impression that it was a little too sweet for me. In winter, this sake would certainly be delicious. Blindly, there seems to be no way to tell that this is 90% polished rice.
I was surprised to encounter it again on the same day after having had another Sono Kangiku for the first time at a restaurant before coming here.
