Memorandum.
The last souvenir sake from back home. Tenmei no Aki-agari, twice fired. Mild aroma. It has a mild aroma and a thick, sweet taste. A little tangy at the end. It's nice. Delicious. However, Tenmei is now also hiyaoroshi. How many kinds of autumn sake are they going to serve?
We got a lot of delicious sake, including sake from back home, Niigata, and souvenir sake from back home. The next time will be around the time of new sake or early spring... Sake is so lonely in the middle of summer. The lineup of summer sake is inevitably reduced. Then again, maybe I'll indulge in autumn sake during the Silver Week?
Yamagata or Miyagi would be nice as an outlier. How will I take the kids out?
