Park Slope: a borough in Northwest Brooklyn, NY. (From the label) Mr. Ueda, a graduate of Abe Sake Brewery, brushed up the recipe based on his graduation project, aiming to make it a standard product in New York City.
The aroma is subdued, but there is a lactic acidity with a hint of muscat-like flavor. It is a light, thin, cloudy type, slightly sweet, with a lingering taste of grapefruit acidity and a zesty bitterness reminiscent of watashi.
