I personally have an image of Muso as a modern dry wine that is distinctly different from Niigata's light and dry wines. It is characterized by a fruity, yet refreshing flavor with a moderate sweetness.
Muso's new varieties are particularly fresh, and are in the realm of modern dry dry. It has a fresh and fragrant grapefruit flavor and aroma that makes it refreshing to drink. It's insanely good.
The alcohol content is slightly low at 15%. It is a tasty sake that can be enjoyed by those who are not accustomed to drinking sake.
