I had a hard time deciding between the 5 types of sake available at the sake shop Kodama 😅. It's sweet and delicious. It's a bit rougher than melon. It's also a bit spicy. Good 😋 leave it for a day and warm it up to banana🍌45 degrees and you get a yogurt feeling😳. Gentle. At 48 degrees, the flavor is a little stronger and the acidity is up ⤴️.
