Olympic sake released every four years
They are supposed to be selling gold, silver, and bronze with a medal in mind, but I was too late to catch wind of it and missed out on the silver one 😆.
I was late to catch the info and missed out on buying the silver one 😆.
So I'm going to enjoy drinking the rest of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze, and also compare them with the 3 sakes in the Nakatori series!
First of all, the aroma is like blackcurrant!
When you sip it, the full-bodied sweetness and umami taste coexist in the mouth.
The last taste on the palate is moderately bitter.
It's a waste, so I drink it little by little.
4th day after opening the bottle
The rich sweetness is even better. ⤴️⤴️⤴️
Perfect dessert wine!
Recommended to drink alone: ❗️
7 days after opening the bottle
The balance of sweetness and bitterness is almost perfect!
It is suitable for dessert wine, but it is also very good as a food wine!
I am happy to declare it in full bloom 🌸🌸🌸.

Haruei Chichi-san Good evening(^o^)I drank it too and it was well-balanced and full of luxury! I also drank it in several days because I didn't want to waste it (laugh).

Hi Sashu 😃
It really is a gold medal 🥇 class taste!
I think it's a sake that should be drunk in small sips rather than all at once 😊.
