The final stop in Echigo-Yuzawa is hegi-Soba.
Since I had not eaten hegi-Soba in Ojiya, I felt like having it, so I went to Nakanoya.
A 300 ml bottle of Tsururei Ginjo Nama Sake.
The entrée was Naniwaya's persimmon seeds (instead of Kameda's).
I also ordered crab miso tofu.
The hegi soba (buckwheat noodles) is firm and smooth, with a faint scent of seaweed.
I order two servings by default.
The basic order of Hegi-Soba at my home is ✖️2 servings for the number of people.
It would be gorgeous if you add tempura, but we had a lot of tempura at my birthplace last night, so I just had hegi soba as my main dish.
Tsururei is smooth, fresh, and refreshing👍.
