Tasake Junmai Ginjo Akita Sake Komachi.
As part of Tasake's ambitious efforts to use rice produced in other prefectures to improve its techniques, this sake is brewed with 50% polished Akita Sake Komachi rice.
The nose has a nuance of melon with a hint of pear or green melon, a slightly thickened texture, a fresh, elegant sweetness and full flavor, and a firm bitterness on the finish that finishes bright and clean.
This sense of balance is only possible with rice wine, and it is delicious!
