It is a clear sake, but it has a particularly sticky sweetness.
Perhaps it is the nature of Yamashu No. 4, but the rich sweetness typical of Yamadanishiki and the gorgeousness typical of Kinmonishiki are brought out to the fullest!
It is a strange modern sake that is so sweet, yet light once swallowed.
