This sake was recommended to me by a woman at a liquor store on a recent business trip to Fukuoka. It has no habits or characteristics, but deeply and gently sinks into each and every cell.
It is an amazing sake. It broke my concept of what a food sake should be. I want to buy a bottle of this sake.
