ルテルテミPurchased at Hakodate Airport at the end of a trip to Hakodate.
The aroma is mild and the taste is like LaFrance, but with a slight sourness, light bitterness and umami.
I wonder if it is a Ginpu flavor.
I served it with grilled hokke, salted fish and jaga-butter, which is typical of Hokkaido.
It went well with salted fish 😁.

麺酒王Good evening, Mr. Lutertemi 😃.
I like your trip to Hakodate ❗I haven't had the sake from Hakodate Goryonokura yet, but I must try it since it was created after 54 years by the power of the great snowfall of Kamikawa 😋It's good to eat potatoes with salted fish on top 😉.
