金猫魔
Takachiyo 59 Junmai Ginjo Ipponjime Nama-no-Mazake
CHAPTER ONE
Takachiyo comparison at Sake no Miyakoya!
Takachiyo, takachiyo, takachiyo, shin takachiyo!
We tried Shin Takachiyo, a new series of Hiruzake Gentei.
It tastes quite light with a grape-like sweet and sour taste, almost like a juice. A test brew using Mahoroba yeast, and that there will be a second one next year. The design, reminiscent of Eangeon, was also very nice. I was still attracted to Kyokutaka and Takachiyo.
The first chapter of the Kyokutaka series, which is brewed using sake rice from all over Japan with a flat rice polishing rate of 59%, is a one-off!
Takachiyo Brewery manages the source rice, and uses only rice grown in-house or by contract farmers.
It is fruity, gorgeous, sweet and sour, and slightly bitter.
Sweet and sour, slightly bitter.
Refreshing but with a firm umami flavor.
It is delicious.
I am interested in the new series, but I would like to drink the Kyokutaka series again.
