I saw Ponchan's review of Asakayasai and wanted to drink it, so I bought it at the Origuchi Sake Shop.
Is this the first Asakayousei Yamadanishiki? Slightly gassy and heavy on sweetness and umami. A little bitter at the end. The production date is March of this year, so it is a little ripe, but I don't think the sense of maturity is that strong.
The acidity and the peculiarity of Asakayasai are good accents. The acidity and the peculiarity of Asakayo are good accents. It tastes a little like strawberries.
I know there are more and more stores where you can buy it in Osaka and Kyoto, but I wish there would be more distributors in Hyogo.

Good evening, Pon-chan.
I had the impression that MIZUKAGAMI was very gorgeous, partly because it was pure and large, and KOCHIRA was sweet but heavier on the palate 😊.

Thank you bouken for letting us know 🙏 It was even easier to understand now that you added your impressions 😊It's not there when it comes to Hyogo. It would be great if you could put it there 😄.
