I've always been curious about the label 🌸 for spring full bloom.
When you drink it, you get a fluffy, gorgeous green apple-like ginjo aroma, a plump sweetness, and a very slight fizz 🫧.
It seems to be fire-aged but very fresh and raw 🍃.
The interesting thing is that at first you think it's a heavy sake with a mild flavor, but it cuts through quickly 😮.
The label seems to express the fragility of cherry blossoms...
It's quite a unique sake 🤔.
