I have been curious about WAKAZE for a while and finally bought it.
This is the first sake made overseas.
The aroma is grain-like and has an atmosphere that is not sake. At first it is like a white wine, but the sourness and the atmosphere in the second half give it a sake-like character.
The sourness is similar to sake made by reproducing ancient methods, such as Gonin Musume or Bodaihashiro.
