Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume
This is one of the sake I missed in Fukuoka.
It was just at home, so I opened the bottle 😁.
The aroma when the bottle is opened is soft and floral. When you drink it, you can feel the acidity at first, but it gradually becomes umami. It is said to be dry, but perhaps because it is a junmai daiginjo, it has a very elegant dryness. It is delicious.
I kept it chilled, but it was good to drink it at room temperature. It went well with my first hot pot of the season.
I was easily falling asleep because I was having dinner after doing my plans for the day with a lack of sleep😅.
