Tonight's snacks are 4 pieces of sashimi: sea bream, sea bass, red clam fins, and salmon!
I had encountered [Akatombo] in October 2022 that was not hiyaoroshi, but this was my first hiyaoroshi.
...but it turned out that Akatombo was originally a hiyaoroshi, an autumn-only product of Senkou. I didn't study enough🙇 (Update added on 2025.11.8)
I had it in a sealed bottle.
I thought it was a mellow, mellow, slightly sweet but refreshing sake.

Good evening, Jay & Nobii 😃My note from 3 years ago didn't say [hiyaoroshi]...and I assumed so 😅This time I found out it was [hiyaoroshi] on the store's notice. And originally [akatombo] is hiyaoroshi for autumn only! I didn't study enough. 🙇♀️
