翠露しぼりたて純米吟醸 美山錦

This time it is Suiroku, a sake from Suwa, Nagano Prefecture.
This was the first sake I encountered while out drinking.
On the way home from the restaurant, this newly opened sake caught my ear and I couldn't help but raise my hand 😆.
The aroma is faintly fresh and green apple-like.
The mild mouthfeel is refreshing and light, with a sweet and sour taste.
It is not too light, but has a good umami flavor and a light, crisp bitterness in the second half of the bottle. It is a stable sake with a light, fruity Miyamanishiki-like flavor and just the right amount of umami, making it easy to pair with food!
It has a taste that is sure to be popular. I just don't know about it?
We went to Ryunokura in Minamimorimachi, Osaka, which was recommended to us by a friend of ours on the Hyakurugakumon brewery tour.
It was a cozy place to have a lunchtime drink, and the lineup was quite good.
All the sakes, including Tamitsu, Sotenden, and Suirou, were freshly squeezed and fruity, but had a pleasant taste with a cohesive and stable umami flavor. It was great!
I feel at home in a restaurant where I can drink with this kind of snacks 😊.
We were introduced to a good store loved by regular customers, and it was a sake-affiliated Mutsuki.

Hi Hirupeko 😃
Mr. Suirou! I'm curious about this one: ☺️
Hirupeko's description of the flavor really sticks with me and makes me want to drink it 😋We don't drink out much so I'll use it as a reference for the next sake I buy 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby. I'm not a Nagano sake drinker at all, so I didn't know if Suiro was famous or not, but it was delicious, so it was worth waiting a little longer for the next waiting customer to drink it 😁.
