I bought this when I visited Kamotsuru Sake Brewery at the Saijo Sake Festival!
I knew Kamotsuru originated from Association #5 yeast, but I didn't know it was brewed with it until I got home 😂.
This is my first sake with No.5 yeast 🍶.
Cold sake.
There is a gentle sweetness in the middle part of the sake.
Is this the unique taste of No.5 yeast? 🤔
It is easy to drink with a slightly light mid-palate.
You can feel the umami of rice well.
The aftertaste is normal length.
