Lovely sparkling sake from Hakkaisan. Enjoyed with chinese cuisine and a group of closed friends. It has a semi-sweet taste and clean finishing. A nice aperitif drink.

Last month we had a +25 very dry Kariho Yamahai. It was too strong for sushi and later Mexican tacos

Finally we enjoyed that Kariho with a rich flavored Mabo tofu and gyoza.
