Today, July 3, is Wakanami (7.3) day!
So we drank it right after the date changed.
I've had junmai ginjo before, but this time it was junmai.
Cold sake
Ripe melon-like aroma
Slight gasiness.
Slightly acidic, which I felt in the Junmai Ginjo
Good weight of rice.
As the saké progresses, the gaseous sensation becomes accustomed and the taste becomes more subdued.
It goes well with dishes that are not that rich.
Personally, I prefer this to Junmai Ginjo.
