I am in Niigata on a business trip.
Last night I had a get-together with employees stationed in Niigata.
Oumon Shuzo Junmai-shu (Junmai sake) from Shinputa.
Easy to drink.
Like chablis.
The concept of this sake is that you can drink it every day and not get tired of it.
I drank too much. Ohoho.
Beer→Omon→Kasumori→Itaru
