I bought this at an event at Takashimaya.
While there are many kijo sake, this one was my favorite 😄.
It has a clear and clean acidity with a slight sweetness.
It has a clean acidity and a slightly sweet taste.
It goes well with white stew and yakitori with yuzu pepper.
It was very delicious with white stew and yakitori with yuzu kosho and sweet sauce,

LOL Shiki, the white stew was especially good 😄.
The yakitori was good with the spicy yuzu kosho (citrus pepper) accenting the flavor and keeping it from being too sweet!
